Our Yorkshire roots brought us to Rhubarb, an iconic local crop. Careful not to let the rhubarb over-shadow the hedgerow botanicals, and mingled with the pleasant sweetness of raspberries, we have created a delightfully subtle rhubarb gin. Our rhubarb gin is notably different from many in the mass main market as we do not add any sugar - any sweetness coming from the steeped fruit or from the tonic - so it retains a genuine dry gin finish.

Botanicals & Tasting Notes: as Hedgerow Gin, but steeped with raspberries and rhubarb juice - we “press” (squeeze) Yorkshire rhubarb to make the juice.
