Aromas of red berry and cherry, with a touch of eucalyptus and liquorice. The palate has bright bramble fruit, soft tannins, minerality and some spice on the finish.

The Felline winery is in Manduria, Puglia, about 10km from the coast of the Gulf of Taranto. It was founded by Gregory Perrucci in 1992, the 3rd generation of a wine family, born and raised in Manduria. He has dedicated his life to one of the classic varieties of the region - the Primitivo grape - perfectly suited to the sunny, dry climate.

The winery is set in 120 hectares of vineyard across carefully selected plots and with soils ranging from sand, loam, tuff and clay on a base of limestone rock. Grapes sourced from these different soil types are vinified separately to harness their individual characteristics. His aim is to produce ‘real' wines inspired by the traditions of the region.
