Food Recommendations

Appealing aromas of citrus fruit and white flower with a touch of white spice. The palate has more citrus characters with hints of orchard and stone fruits. Crisp, refreshing acidity balances underlying minerality. Wonderfully textural making it ideal for food pairing.

The Cortese grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Gavi region, with limestone-clay soils. Grapes are hand harvested typically in the last week of September.

The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.

Ideal with summery salads, light fish dishes or in good company
