Deliciously bright and citrussy unoaked Chardonnay from Victoria
From a Chardonnay clone that originates from Mendoza, this always shows prominent tangerine notes on the nose, and this vintage also shows intense grapefruit, lime and hints of spice. Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach flavours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright and linear mineral finish.

The Chardonnay was carefully sourced from vines grown in the brownish red Victorian soils of sandy loam and granite which generate moderate yields of high flavour concentration. Bright sunny days for ripening meet long cool nights to retain freshness.
Bright sunny days and cool nights allowed for exceptional flavour development. The wine is a clean crisp style with no malolactic fermentation or Oak treatment. The result is an elegant wine with high natural acidity.
This bright and approachable style of Chardonnay is a great partner to a wide range of dishes, try with tempura fried vegetables, aromatic chicken salads or crispy Chinese pork.
