Literally born into the trade. Sarah has worked in a number of hospitality environments in various roles and brings this experience with her. 

Sarah has carved out her role in the business managing the warehouse, logisitcs and she is working hard to increase our online presence. If you are reading this little bit of 'blurb' then Sarah must be doing well...

"My choice had to be a Vini Tabali having been lucky enough to visit them in Chile! (Although this wasn’t an easy choice)

Tabali is located on the edge of the Atacama Desert in one of the most northern wine regions in Chile. The wines they make fully reflect the region and the purity of fruit on all of the wines is what first drew me to them.

Normally I am not the biggest Sauvignon fan however the Gran Reserva Sauvignon is so tight and focused, the flavours are intense and complex with green and citrus notes. A great cool-climate choice with a chalky minerality and a long fruity finish.

Move over Marlborough Sauvignon… Limari Valley is in town!"
