A champagne of exhilarating freshness, complexity and finesse, the flagship blend of Lallier. The energising citrusy palate delivers an equal measure of ripe, toasty fruit followed by a tasty, elegant finish.

Producer details

Champagne Lallier are a small family concern crafting Pinot Noir blends from their own (and some specially selected other) 'Grand Cru' vineyards in Ay - also home to Bollinger but Lallier's cellars are older. Classified as 100 out of 100, 'Grand Cru' vineyards are the crème de la crème of vineyard sites.

In the winery

The quality provenance of the grapes, i.e all sourced from Grand Cru vineyards, allows for a low dosage so the purity and richness of the terroirs shines through. An approximate blend of 2/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnayis matured on their lees in chalk cellars for 24- 36 months.

Food Recommendations

Serve chilled as an aperitif with dim sum and charcuterie.
