Tasting Notes

Impressive violet colour depth with visible legs in the glass. Complex aromas of berry and plum with further warming berry notes on the palate enhanced by subtle oak tones from ageing. Good tannins and elegant to the finish.

Bodegas Leza Garcia is a family business making wine produced from their own vineyards in Rioja Alta, a historical part of the Rioja appellation. They produce personal wines that show the terroir, their own wine making style and knowledge.

In the vineyard

Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. This wine is the result of a strict selection of the best grapes from our oldest vineyards and a superior winemaking.

In the winery

Macerated in small tanks. Refined in new American oak barrels for fourteen months and aged in the bottle to reach the correct balance of all its elements.
